This show lasts all day—and night!

The trade show is the central conference meeting space. Breaks, meals, and the Friday night aquaculture reception are located in the trade show area to increase visibility for our exhibitors.

Exhibitors are encouraged to bring an extension cord and multi-plug power strips as needed. 

If interested in shipping materials to the venue in advance (charges apply) and/or if you have additional electricity needs, please contact trade show coordinator in advance

Additional representatives can be added to the registration, if desired. All meals and breaks are provided with registration including a ticket to the Friday night reception. 

Locations will be on a first-come, first-served basis starting with registered sponsors. The Trade Show reception area is the location of all breaks and meals to maximize exposure and networking opportunities.

F.A.Q.

What to know about exhibiting at the conference.

Standard booth spaces are  10′ x 10′ and come with a draped 6 ft. table, and two chairs. There are a limited number of larger 20′ X 10′ and 30′ X 10′ exhibit spaces available. Contact Dave Ferree for more information.

Yes. Booth spaces include access to an electrical outlet (we recommend bringing a multi-outlet power strip).

Yes. Please contact Dave Ferree for specific instructions.

Yes, however, each person at the show/event must be registered. If you want to bring more people than the package includes, simply add additional reps to your registration.

Masks are not required during the conference at this point, however, all conference attendees must follow Virginia’s State Covid Rules at the time of the event.
